朝早由"博多"坐新幹線到"鹿児島中央"，有一天時間周圍參觀。

在市內旅遊，有兩種交通日票可使用。"鹿児島市交通局"的"WELCOME CUTE"，和"鹿児島交通"的"まち巡りバス一日乗車券"。建議使用"WELCOME CUTE"，因可以坐巴士、地面電車，還可使用到"桜島"的渡輪。

今晚住在"天文館"附近的酒店。放下行李後，去碼頭坐船到"桜島"。

在島上有環島觀光巴士，車程連停留時間大約兩小時。到達時剛走了一班車，要等下一班車。
