首先要向銀行預約。打去平民理財熱線(852)2233 3000，找客戶服務員。之後等等等，等到有人聽你電話的時候，告訴戶口資料、要多少現金、幾時何處取就可以。

要留意，他們要2個工作天處理要求。即係星期二要求，星期五先至可以取。仲有超過每日限額要收手續費。

但是若果你是「貴族」用家，咁可以上網預約，隔日係某十間指定分行，唔使排隊就可以提取。
